Bimonocular Vision and Binocular Fusion by Fusing
A Brief Introduction for Vision Professionals and Experts
The bimonocular vision optical instrument first creates bimonocular vision (two-eyed monocular vision) by providing each eye with separate monocular visual input, across the entire visual field of both eyes simultaneously. Once this initial setup is achieved, the instrument can also create controlled binocular fusion, where the monocular images from both eyes gradually merge into one integrated visual perception, in a precisely calibrated manner.
The practice of the creation of binocular fusion can be carefully dosed by merging the images, depending on the desired visual adjustment.
Our practice, for some known as a technique, makes a clear difference compared to partial vertical binasal occlusion and emphasizes how our product operates in a different sequence, unlike the common practices of partial vertical binasal occlusion, which always block fusion.
It is also a user-friendly instrument for ophthalmic specialists, as they are not hindered in their previous technique, which is partial vertical binasal occlusion.

Optimized Binasal Occlusion Practices Now Legally Protected — New Opportunities for, among others, Ophthalmologists, Practitioners, Practices, Clinics, and Institutions
Unlock a powerful new chapter in vision care — with full legal certainty.
Our protected practice — including the protected fusion image, the bimonocular visual image, the composition of images, and the visual trajectory — also known to some as a technique, and previously referred to (among others) under the term partial vertical binasal occlusion (abbreviated as PVBO), has been completely revised and optimized.
The PVBO-related practices — specifically in the forms in which they coincide with our protected work, including the images and fusion outcomes — have now been fully developed and finalized by us, and are therefore subject to intellectual property protection.
PVBO has not only been refined but has evolved into an optical instrument that offers a structured visual pathway and a final image outcome — an opportunity to work with vision on a more advanced level.
Our approach is fundamentally different from traditional PVBO practices and is based on added insights. Instead of eliminating binocular fusion, we now create controlled binocular fusion — intentionally, precisely, and visibly.
What was formerly known as partial vertical binasal occlusion (PVBO) now consists of three clear and effective steps:
Step 1: Bimonocular vision (two-eyed monocular vision)
Step 2: Dosed fusion build-up from the ground up
Step 3: Achieving the desired amount of binocular fusion
Already working with PVBO?
Then this is your moment to transition to our advanced, optimized 3-step practice — with confidence, clarity, and legal assurance.
In many cases, the outcome of traditional PVBO applications overlaps with protected elements of our work — especially where fusion or vertically structured outcomes are involved. In such cases, a license is legally required.
We offer a fair, straightforward, and well-designed licensing agreement. This ensures that your current practice of working with PVBO can remain unchanged and unrestricted — with full legal coverage, as detailed in our formal licensing proposal. Our licensing terms are transparent and allow you to continue your practice with certainty, freedom, and peace of mind.
We kindly request that you contact us prior to receiving this proposal, so we can tailor the license to your specific situation and ensure full alignment with applicable legislation.
Important: Continuing to use PVBO-related practices without a license agreement may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights. Avoid unnecessary legal risks — and position yourself as a professional aligned with compliance. We will promptly provide you with a standard licensing proposal to bring you fully into legal compliance.

Great alternative to an eyepatch!
Why choose this?
Because the bimonocular/two-eyed monocular vision optical instrument actively restores the visual field loss caused by eyepatch use. By expanding your visual field by approximately 30%, it helps you regain clarity and confidence in everyday life!
